Amish Horse-Buggy Crash Hospitalizes 9 People In Lancaster Co.(Developing)

A horse and buggy crash —  injuring nine people — happened Tuesday night, authorities said.

The crash involved a passenger vehicle and a horse and buggy in the 600 block of Strasburg Road in Paradise Township, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. 

The area is near the Land O Lakes distinguished farm and bed and breakfast, Neffdale Farms, according to Google Maps.

Northern Lancaster County Regional Police were called to assist EMS at the scene, around 9:50 p.m. on Sept. 5. 

EMS took the nine injured people to a local hospital. 

Which vehicle the people were in and the extent of their injuries is unknown as of noon on Wednesday.
